Pricing & how billing works
Projects typically start at €3,000, scaling with scope — a two-week integration and a six-month platform build are different jobs, so we don't publish a fixed rate card. What's consistent across every engagement:
Transparent quotes
A written quote before any work begins — no surprise invoices.
Flexible billing models
Fixed-price milestones, monthly retainers, or time-and-materials — whichever suits your project.
Multi-currency invoicing
Invoiced in EUR, GBP, or USD, paid securely via card or bank transfer.
No surprise fees
Scope changes are quoted separately and agreed before work proceeds.
No VAT charged
Amirev is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to invoices while this remains the case.
How you pay

Deposit. Once scope is agreed, you'll receive a secure Stripe payment link or invoice for an upfront deposit (typically 20–30% of project value) to confirm the engagement.

Milestone or monthly invoices.As work is delivered — per milestone, or monthly for retainers — you'll receive a Stripe invoice payable by card or bank transfer.

Final payment. The remaining balance is invoiced on delivery or sign-off.
All charges are processed securely by Stripe and will appear on your card or bank statement as AMIREV LIMITED. Deposits, milestone payments, and retainer billing are covered in ourRefund & Cancellation Policy.
